This Shipping Policy Pakistan explains our order processing, order confirmation, shipping charges, delivery times, Cash on Delivery (COD), tracking, and nationwide delivery services.

Order Processing and Confirmation

All orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after the order is placed.

Before dispatch, every order must be confirmed by the customer. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order, contact number, delivery address, product availability, and other order details.

Orders are dispatched after successful confirmation and verification of product availability.

Rs. 300 Order Confirmation Amount

A Rs. 300 order confirmation amount is required for every order placed with MG Star.

The Rs. 300 amount is collected in advance to confirm the order. It is adjusted against the customer’s total order value and deducted from the remaining Cash on Delivery (COD) amount.

Example of Order Confirmation Adjustment

If your total order amount is Rs. 5,000:

• Total order amount: Rs. 5,000
• Order confirmation amount paid: Rs. 300
• Remaining COD amount: Rs. 4,700

The customer therefore does not pay the Rs. 300 again at delivery.

The Rs. 300 order confirmation amount is part of the total payment and is adjusted against the remaining COD balance.

The applicable shipping charge is added to your order according to the product category and delivery location.

Taxes on Products

Where applicable, product taxes are included in the product price displayed on MGSTAR.PK.

Customers will not be charged a separate product tax at the time of delivery where the applicable tax is already included in the displayed product price.

Please note that shipping charges and the Rs. 300 order confirmation amount are separate from the displayed product price.

MG Star provides delivery services throughout Hyderabad, Sindh.

For eligible and confirmed orders, same-day or next-working-day delivery may be available depending on the order time, product availability, delivery area, and operational conditions.

Customers can contact MG Star before placing an order to confirm the expected delivery time for their area.

Nationwide Delivery Across Pakistan

MG Star offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan through available courier and delivery services.

Our shipping coverage includes major cities and towns such as:

Delivery availability depends on courier coverage and the serviceability of the customer’s location.

MG Star may use available courier services such as TCS and Leopards Courier, depending on destination, service availability, and operational requirements.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:

• Major Cities: 1–2 working days
• Other Cities and Towns: 1–3 working days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, road conditions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations across Pakistan.

The Rs. 300 order confirmation amount is deducted from the total order value before the remaining COD amount is collected at delivery.

Customers should pay only the remaining COD balance communicated by MG Star after the order confirmation amount has been adjusted.

Possible Shipping and Delivery Delays

MG Star aims to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, unexpected shipping or delivery delays may sometimes occur.

Possible causes include:

• Public holidays and Eid holidays
• Courier service delays
• Weather conditions
• Road closures or transportation disruptions
• Product availability issues
• Order verification delays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Remote or limited-service delivery areas

If a significant delay affects your order, our team will make reasonable efforts to contact you and provide available information about the order status.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, order tracking information may be provided when available through the selected courier or delivery service.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact MG Star with your Order Number so our team can check the available delivery status.

International Shipping

Currently, MG Star delivers within Pakistan only.

International customers may place an order for delivery to friends or family members located in Pakistan, subject to our order confirmation and payment requirements.
